Full Body Stretch
Each full body stretch session aims at increasing your mobility and flexibility, improving your stability and decreasing your pain. This is accomplished through a series of PNF stretching techniques that require you to engage and relax your muscles that then cause the bound up tension in your joints and muscles to ‘release’ under the pressure. This technique can be both relaxing and exhausting due to the engagement of muscles that might be over exerted or under-engaged. This work is appropriate for anyone and everyone looking to feel good in their body.
