We are located inside the State Farm Building! We lease a room within a chiropractors office. We are on the left side.

Each session with us is customized to meet your needs. We recommend dressing in comfortable loose clothing- this is in case the therapist or client would like to start the session with stretching or manual therapy. With our corrective approach to bodywork we always encourage over communicating- this ensures the client is comfortable and receives the appropriate amount of pressure. Be sure to SPEAK UP if the pressure is ever too much.

Booking your appointment online is most ideal for us! We recommend booking your appointment a couple weeks in advance- this ensures our availability for you. After you book your massage please make sure to check your email or text for a confirmation- if you did not receive one then your appointment was not appropriately booked.

Unfortunately, no. We do not currently have the space for 2 tables in our office. We do provide couples massage as an in-home service with an up charge.
