Our cancellation policy.

All clients are required to keep a credit card on file at time of booking. If a client cancels under 24 hours and does not have a card on file they will be sent an invoice that must be paid prior to re-booking.

When you book an appointment you will be sent a confirmation email/text, please make sure all the information is correct. 48 hours before your appointment you will receive an appointment reminder- if you need to cancel or reschedule please use the link in the reminder to do so at that time.

If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your session you will be charged 100% of the service.

If you NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of the service.

Unforeseen events such as business meetings, car problems, sudden sickness or children’s illnesses are all valid reasons to cancel an appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our time and income.

If you no call no show 3 times you will be fired as a client.

If you are late to your appointment you will still be seen but only for the allotted time booked- you will still be charged the full price
